Construction, Mining Equipment, and Personal Property Appraisals:

Our appraisals are USPAP compliant and used for bank loans, financing, insurance, financial reporting, estate planning, divorce settlement, mergers, and acquisitions.

Compliance Guaranteed-Every Goff Machinery Associate:

Has their CSA-Certified Senior Appraiser or equivalent designation.
Has signed a non-disclosure agreement.
Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Full Inspection Appraisal involves but not limited to the following:

A. Fair Market Value (FMV) — For a sale of business, estate tax planning, insurance, bankruptcy, litigation

B. Forced Liquidation Value (FLV) — For a forced sale of assets (auction)

C. Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV) — For an orderly sale of assets

Desktop Appraisal:

A Desktop Appraisal uses data supplied to the appraiser by the engaged client or company official. No onsite inspection. The most cost-effective and time-efficient appraisal.

Asset Re-Marketing and Liquidations:

We offer liquidation and re-marketing services through auctions or our network of global buyers. As a trusted independent resource, we’re better able to focus our attention on risk mitigation when liquidating your assets.

Storage:

We offer storage services at our 4-acre Georgia facility with a state-of-the-art security system. Not only will we store your equipment, but we can also arrange cost effective repairs, start it periodically, show it to prospective buyers, and load it out when it leaves.
